Description: Pole Flow is synonymous with elegance grace and fluidity. The aim is to dance smoothly, moving from one transition to another with minimal grip changes, a consistent momentum and continuous motion.
For students struggling with inverting and tricks based classes, POLE FLOW training can provide variety whilst still developing the strength needed to progress.
Pole Flow increases strength and flexibility as students often work at slower speeds and place muscles under tension for a longer periods of time.
This type of training, along with intermittent isometric holds creates fitness benefits in strength endurance, cardiovascular health and increases in the stability required throughout the core to achieve more difficult tricks and inverts higher up the pole.
Transitions are great to learn when pole dancing. They really help to differentiate between learning moves and actually feeling like you can pole dance. Transitions can be moves of all difficulties – you just have to find a way to link them together.
The key to mastering transitions is to make sure that you are very confident with the moves that you are trying to link before trying the transition.
Floor Transitions are just as important as Air Transitions & with practice and commitment you can MASTER LOW POLE FLOOR WORK WITH GRACE AND STYLE‼️
