This course will provide a full body strength and conditioning workout. We will improve tighten your core, improve your Strength, and tone your body.
This a beginner level course!
This course will enhance your Strength through intense muscle building. We introduce more power building techniques and focus on gaining and maintaining full body strength.
This is an intermediate level course!
This class will introduce you to the fundamentals on how to flow from one trick to the next gracefully.
We will introduce you to body movement, flows, and different transitions that will take your Pole journey to the next level!
All levels welcome!
On Site Training
You may arrive up to 10 minutes early. Any early arrival will result in an additional charge.
The studio may be decorated in your theme and/or colors with streamers, balloons, banners, etc. All items must be removed at the end of the event.
Guest may bring in food and light alcoholic beverages. For the safety of all involved hard liquor is prohibited.
Guests should avoid using oils, butters, and/or lotions 2 hours prior to attending. Shorts are recommended for the best pole to skin contact. Aerobic/ Exercise attire is required. Our studio is stiletto to bare foot friendly, whichever you are most comfortable

60 Minute Private Pole Lesson
90 Minute Pole Lesson
This is a workshop that will focus on SENSUAL low flow pole movement transitioning to the base of the pole and the floor. THERE WILL BE NO AERIAL TRICKS OF ANY KIND!
Within this two hour workshop, please expect a 20 minute warm up in heels (which will focus on ankle warm ups and engagement). You will also be given an assignment to “dance YOUR walk”, which will allow for freedom of your personal sensual expression, while focusing on your own personal style and vibe.
There will be FLOORWORK in this workshop. There will be emphasis placed on “leg whitchery”, which will involve leg switches and leg shapes used to gain audience engagement. There will be internal and external hip movement involved.
Heels are REQUIRED for this class, preferably Pleasers (the official stripper shoes).
