Basic Beginner Level Pole Class.
This course is is required for all students who have never taken a pole class before. It only requires one initial attendance. Advanced pole aerobics courses may be taken after you have attended this course as your prerequisite.

This hour long session is for the aspiring Pole Goddess. Be prepared to work on your pole goals accompanied with strength and full body toning. Learn the basic fundamentals of spinning and climbing the static pole. Light, fun choreography will be taught to connect the spinning and climbing.

This hour long session is for the aspiring Pole Goddess. Be prepared to work on your pole goals accompanied with strength and full body toning. Designed for intermediate students who have taken a few classes leading up to advanced pole angels. In this class, you will learn more complex and combined spins, as well as exploring inversions, tricks and holds. We will combine flow and power in this hour!!

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Learn the basic fundamentals of spinning and climbing the static pole. Beginner Level choreography will be taught to connect the spinning and climbing combinations.

THE POLE CHRONICLES 201

In this class, you will learn more complex and combined spins, as well as exploring inversions, tricks and holds. We will combine flow and power in this hour!!! We will also dedicate time in this class to work on what we've been trying to master as individuals on our Pole journeys. We will incorporate spin and static pole moves.

Prerequisite: Open to all level pole students. This session preps and prepares: spins, transitions, and a combination of tricks and routines.

You may arrive up to 10 minutes early. Any early arrival will result in an additional charge.

The studio may be decorated in your theme and/or colors with streamers, balloons, banners, etc. All items must be removed at the end of the event.

Guest may bring in food and light alcoholic beverages. For the safety of all involved hard liquor is prohibited.

Guests should avoid using oils, butters, and/or lotions 2 hours prior to attending. Shorts are recommended for the best pole to skin contact. Aerobic/ Exercise attire is required. Our studio is stiletto to bare foot friendly, whichever you are most comfortable
