Watch your self blossom from a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly. The Butterfly Effect walks you through the pole basics! Perfect place to start your pole destiny.

In this class, you will learn more complex and combined spins, as well as exploring inversions, tricks and holds. We will combine flow and power in this hour!!! We will also dedicate time in this class to work on what we've been trying to master as individuals on our Pole journeys. We will incorporate spin and static pole moves.

Prerequisite: Open to all level pole students. This session preps and prepares: spins, transitions, and a combination of tricks and routines.

TWERK CARDIO 403

Twerking strengthens muscles in just about every part of your body! Not only do you sculpt, tone and grow your badonkadonk, your thighs become super strong, your hip flexibility increases and more than anything, boosts your confidence !

You can burn up to 500 calories in 60 minutes of twerk.
