Pricing questions
Are there fees on payments?
Card payments are 5% + 30¢ on every plan, and that covers the card processing. Cash is free. Card money reaches your bank in 2 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Just ask us and we’ll switch you. Many studios start on Basic or Premium and add the branded app when they’re ready.
What do the website, domain and email include?
Every plan includes your website at yourname.member.life. Premium and up add one domain like yourstudio.com, which we register and renew for you, with unlimited forwarding addresses: mail to info@yourstudio.com lands in the inbox you already use. Pro adds up to 3 inboxes at your domain, so you send and receive as you@yourstudio.com. Platinum has unlimited inboxes.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Plans are month to month. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months up front lowers the monthly price.
What happens after the free months on Basic and Premium?
Basic is $30 a month after the first 3 months free, and Premium is $100 a month after its first month free. Like every plan, both stay month to month.
Do you help me switch from my current software?
Yes, for free. We move your members, their billing schedules and their saved cards for you.
