Can I track each car from drop-off to pickup?
Yes. Each job is a project with its due date, the techs on it and a list of steps that move from Not Started to In Progress to Complete.
Can customers book an appointment online?
Yes. Customers pick an appointment time to bring their vehicle in. You look it over, then schedule the service it needs, and they get a reminder before each visit.
Can I send an estimate with photos for them to sign?
Yes. Write up the estimate with each part and the labor, add photos of the vehicle so they see what you found, and send it by text or email. They approve it or leave a note, and sign from their phone. Once it’s approved, turn it into the invoice without retyping anything.
Can customers pay over time for a big repair?
Yes. Turn on Pay over time and your invoices offer Affirm and Klarna next to card. The customer splits the payment into installments and you get paid in full up front. Financing has a higher processing fee, which can be passed on to the customer.
Can I send an invoice when the work is done?
Yes. Send it by text or email with a link to pay online, and see when it’s paid.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month with no setup fees.
