Can you really move our members’ saved cards from Mindbody?
Yes. Our white-glove migration moves your members, their billing schedules and their saved payment cards, and we’ve done it at 4,000+ member scale. Some banks ask a member to re-confirm a card with a new business; we give you a list of exactly who, so nothing slips.
How long does switching from Mindbody take?
Most studios are fully live within two weeks. Your studio keeps running the whole time; we do the work in the background and flip the switch when everything checks out.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
