Member.Life follows all legal requirements to protect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy is a legal statement that explains how we may collect information from you, how we may share your information, and how you can limit our sharing of your information. We do not verify the age of our Users nor do we have any liability for verifying a User's age. If you are a Child, please seek the permission of a parent or guardian before using our Website and Mobile apps. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your Child is using our Website and Mobile apps, please contact us to remove your Child's account; we reserve the right to ask you for verification of your relationship to the Child before we honor such a request. We keep your account information for as long as your account is open, so you can sign in, book, check in and manage your membership. When you delete your account, we remove your personal details right away, as described below.

Some records must be kept after an account is deleted. Payment, billing and transaction records, along with the cell phone number on the account, are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting laws, to resolve billing questions and disputes, and to prevent fraud. After that period they are deleted. Information may remain in our encrypted server backups for up to 30 days before those backups are replaced.

You can delete your account at any time from our Website or Mobile apps: sign in, open your Account Info, open the options menu at the top of the page and choose Delete Account. You can also email us at hello@member.life from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently removes your name, email address, profile photo, birthday, gender, address and emergency contact, and signs you out of every device so you stop receiving notifications. Your visit and payment history stays with the studio without your name, and your cell phone number is kept with your payment records as described under Data Retention. Deleting your account does not cancel a membership or subscription with a studio; please cancel those with the studio first.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. You should review this Privacy Policy frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you on our Website and Mobile apps, by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we chose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Any changes we make to our Privacy Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.
