Passing processing and Member.Life fees for Defenders Martial Arts on Member.Life is a service provided by Member.Life. By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as a client on Member.Life, you agree to release Member.Life from any and all liabilities of passing the processing and Member.Life fees to your end customer.
Defenders Martial Arts end customer disputes cost $15 per dispute and take up to 60 days to get the disputes resolved. The Defenders Martial Arts end customer disputes arising shall be resolved under this clause which breakdown to total package price + $15 dispute fee; the total package price + $15 dispute fee gets charged to Defenders Martial Arts account and only gets returned in full, if Defenders Martial Arts wins the dispute. In the case of Defenders Martial Arts losing the dispute claim, the package price gets retuned to Defenders Martial Arts’s end customer and Defenders Martial Arts forgoes the $15 dispute fee.
Payment processing services for Defenders Martial Arts on Member.Life are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as a client on Member.Life, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Member.Life enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Member.Life accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Member.Life to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
