PRE-TEEN GIRLS UNLIMITED Created exclusively for pre-teen girls ages 9–12, this monthly unlimited pass gives your child full access to our fun, confidence-building studio sessions in a safe, all-girls environment.
These classes are designed to be energetic, engaging, and age-appropriate, blending movement, fitness, and play so exercise feels exciting—not intimidating. Your pre-teen will:
• 💪 Build strength, coordination, and healthy habits early
• 🌟 Gain confidence and positive body awareness
• 🧠 Improve focus, discipline, and self-esteem
• 👯♀️ Connect with other girls in a supportive, girls-only space
