Fees

Passing processing and Member.Life fees for The Pole Experience on Member.Life is a service provided by Member.Life. By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as a client on Member.Life, you agree to release Member.Life from any and all liabilities of passing the processing and Member.Life fees to your end customer.

Disputes

The Pole Experience end customer disputes cost $15 per dispute and take up to 60 days to get the disputes resolved. The The Pole Experience end customer disputes arising shall be resolved under this clause which breakdown to total package price + $15 dispute fee; the total package price + $15 dispute fee gets charged to The Pole Experience account and only gets returned in full, if The Pole Experience wins the dispute. In the case of The Pole Experience losing the dispute claim, the package price gets retuned to The Pole Experience’s end customer and The Pole Experience forgoes the $15 dispute fee.

Stripe Account Connected Agreement

Payment processing services for The Pole Experience on Member.Life are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as a client on Member.Life, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Member.Life enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Member.Life accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Member.Life to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
