The Fellowship of Fitness and Jeanicia Elder are not responsible and maintains no liability for any personal injuries during participation in any class sessions, whether an injury occurs during or after single classes and/or multiple class sessions. I recognize that the program may involve strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, muscle strength and endurance training, cardio vascular conditioning and training, and other various fitness activities. I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or otherwise limit my full participation in this physical program. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk or loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death that may be sustained by me as a result of participation in this program. By agreeing to this waiver I acknowledge that I have read and understand the foregoing and hereby agree voluntarily as my own free act and deed.

The Fellowship of Fitness allows self cancellation of RSVP bookings anytime up to 2 hours before class. If one wishes to cancel and retrieve their class pass with the two hours they will have to contact Jeanicia Elder with reasoning to do so.
