Your Safety
Members agree to provide Passada Dance with all relevant health and fitness information before any class and must ensure personal physical health before participating in class. You agree to follow the safety advice and training directions of Passada Dance staff, contractors, agents and volunteers. If you feel unwell during class or feel pain and/or discomfort, you will cease participating and immediately advise a staff member. If for any reason you require first aid or medical assistance, you authorise Passada Dance to seek emergency medical assistance on your behalf and understand that you are responsible for all costs incurred.
Consent & Release for use of Photographic & Video Images
All members authorise Passada Dance, its directors, employees, contractors or agents, from time to time, without further notice or permission and without payment of any kind to photograph, videotape and audiotape them for advertising, promotional or educational purposes in any type of media, including Facebook, Instagram and its website.
Liability Waiver & Acknowledgement of Risk
I understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any dance classes, rehearsals, performances or activities. I also exempt, release and indemnify Passada Dance, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted by Passada Dance. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Passada Dance, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury or death.
Lost Articles & Damage to Member’s Property
Passada Dance is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or damage to articles. All articles are stored at member’s risk and Passada Dance discourages members from bringing valuable articles to the studio.
Timetable:
Passada reserve the right to change the timetable at anytime without notice. Memberships are not refundable or cannot be cancelled because Passada changed Timetable.
Late Attendance to Classes
All members should arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the commencement of all classes. It is unfair to the other members to have their classes disrupted by late attendees.
Electronic Communication
Passada Dance highly values and respects your privacy. We have the option to communicate with you via email and SMS. We will never release or sell your information.
Code of Conduct
• We are very serious about protecting the safe environment we have created at Passada Dance, as well as the personal safety of all its students and guests. We have a ZERO tolerance policy regarding misconduct of any kind.
• Misconduct may be defined as but, not limited to, harassment (sexual or otherwise), insubordinate, threatening, abusive bullying, potentially harmful or unkind behaviour to fellow students and/or teachers.
• Passada Dance and its staff or agents reserve the right to deny entry or access to any person deemed to have demonstrated behavior of the above nature. Persons demonstrating in such behavior will be asked to immediately leave the studio with the option of requesting local authorities to remove the offender.
• Persons asked to leave the premises due to any kind of harassment of misconduct will not be refunded completely or partially for money paid upfront for their classes or products.
• All members will abide by Passada Dance’s Code of Conduct.
Absolute Beginner 6 week passes – Terms & Conditions
Absolute Beginner passes must be used over 6 consecutive classes.
Missed classes cannot be made up and unused classes on class passes cannot be carried forward after the expiry date. Absolute Beginner passes must only be used for Absolute Beginner Level 0 classes.
Students may only attend one style per pass. For example, if you purchase an Absolute Beginner pass for kizomba, you can only attend Absolute Beginner classes for kizomba.
There is no refund, transfer or offer of compensation of any kind for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.

casual, 8, 10, 14 class passes and online classes– Terms & Conditions
8, 14 and 10 class passes are valid for a period of no more than sixteen (16) weeks from date of purchase.
Unused classes on class passes cannot be carried forward after the expiry date.
There is no refund, transfer or offer of compensation of any kind for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
All passes are non-transferrable and may not be shared.
The class passes exclude attendance at guest teacher classes, workshops and special events.
Memberships – Terms & Conditions
The term of the Unlimited Membership commences on the date specified above as the start date of this contract.
There is no refund, transfer or offer of compensation of any kind for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Memberships are non-transferrable and may not be shared.
Memberships exclude attendance at guest teacher classes, workshops and special events.
Memberships can only be paid for using our direct debit payment system.
Membership fees and schedules may be subject to change.
Passada Dance uses a service provider to collect recurring facility based membership fees which charges 5% for each transaction. These fees are independent to fees charged by Passada Dance.
Membership fees are debited weekly.
It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly payment. If any auto debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. Our third party biller, Member.Life, is unable to absorb these costs and applies a fee for failed transactions.
Passada Dance is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements between you and your bank.
If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Passada Dance may in its absolute discretion, process payment any time after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.
If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Passada Dance may in its absolute discretion cancel your membership.
Six (6) and twelve (12) month memberships may be frozen if you are going away on holiday, travelling for business or unable to attend classes due to illness or injury. Memberships may be frozen for up to a maximum period of 4 weeks on the six (6) month membership; 8 weeks on the twelve (12) month membership. You must provide written notice to info@passada.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the Monday of the week you wish to commence the freeze on your membership.
Three (3) month memberships may not be frozen.
If you wish to exit your membership prior to its deadline, any early exit fee of $149 is payable. Notice must be provided in writing to info@passada.com.au fourteen (14) days prior to the date you wish to terminate your membership.
Gift Vouchers – Terms & Conditions
Gift vouchers can be used towards any class, workshop or merchandise at Passada Dance.
Where there is a difference in cost, students will need to pay an outstanding amount, or a credit will be given for use at a later date.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchaser. Unused gift vouchers cannot be carried forward after the expiry date.

We accept no responsibility if the gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
