This is a dynamic, challenging class for both the beginner and the intermediate student. Basics will be reviewed to develop strength and flexibility. Further skills will be introduced if class ability is appropriate. Please wear t-shirt and yoga sox.
Aerial yoga helps you to achieve postures that you may not ordinarily be able to attain on the yoga mat. For many people, yoga postures that are difficult on the ground can be performed more easily and with less strain on the body in mid-air. It is particularly beneficial for people who spend a lot of time sitting or who have back pain. It has a wonderful decompressing effect on the body. So come hang with us!!!
