TERMS OF SERVICE
Passing processing and Member.Life fees for Cache Studios Inc. on Member.Life is a service provided by Member.Life. By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as a client on Member.Life, you agree to release Member.Life from any and all liabilities of passing the processing and Member.Life fees to your end customer.
Cache Studios Inc. end customer disputes cost $15 per dispute and take up to 60 days to get the disputes resolved. The Cache Studios Inc. end customer disputes arising shall be resolved under this clause which breakdown to total package price + $15 dispute fee; the total package price + $15 dispute fee gets charged to Cache Studios Inc. account and only gets returned in full, if Cache Studios Inc. wins the dispute. In the case of Cache Studios Inc. losing the dispute claim, the package price gets retuned to Cache Studios Inc.’s end customer and Cache Studios Inc. forgoes the $15 dispute fee.
Payment processing services for Cache Studios Inc. on Member.Life are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / etc.] or continuing to operate as a client on Member.Life, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Member.Life enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Member.Life accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Member.Life to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
